Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from comprehensive-time mom and grandmother to total-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived the vast majority of her lifetime in Lebanon. For so lengthy, she loved tests her possess recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm didn't depart her household’s nest until Zali provided her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown pleasure and passion for cooking are for you personally and the whole world to taste!
In all our dishes are flavors which have manufactured the journey all the way from Lebanon. You will take many of them again residence!
We phone them “Mouneh”, an Arabic phrase for pantry provisions: a range of homemade jars with preserved and dried delicacies that you should invest in and try. They may be geared up by our chef or made by farmers back home. “Mouneh”is a Lebanese custom of preserving food stuff through the seasons.
