And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from complete-time mother and grandmother to comprehensive-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived the majority of her everyday living in Lebanon. for thus extensive, she beloved tests her own recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't go away her residence’s nest right up until Zali supplied her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown happiness and passion for cooking are for you personally and the world to flavor!
In all our dishes are flavors that have made the journey many of the way from Lebanon. You will take Dinner many of them back again residence!
We phone them “Mouneh”, an Arabic term for pantry provisions: various homemade jars with preserved and dried delicacies for you to invest in and check out. They can be prepared by our chef or produced by farmers back again property. “Mouneh”is actually a Lebanese custom of preserving food throughout the seasons.
