Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from whole-time mother and grandmother to entire-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived a lot of her life in Lebanon. for thus prolonged, she beloved screening her very own recipes and photographing read more dishes. But her enthusiasm did not go away her home’s nest until finally Zali offered her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown pleasure and keenness for cooking are to suit your needs and the whole world to style!
In all our dishes are flavors which have built the journey every one of the way from Lebanon. You will take many of them again house!
We call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic term for pantry provisions: a number of do-it-yourself jars with preserved and dried delicacies that you should invest in and try. They may be prepared by our chef or produced by farmers back again home. “Mouneh”is a Lebanese custom of preserving foods over the seasons.
