We contact them “Mouneh”, an Arabic phrase for pantry provisions: various selfmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can get and check out. They can be prepared by our chef or made by farmers back again dwelling. “Mouneh”is usually a Lebanese custom of preserving foodstuff over the seasons.
